Shipping & Handling:

Prompt and dependable shipping is critical when your selling freshly roasted gourmet coffee. In order to provide maximum freshness and quality we ship the same day we roast. Our normal shipping policy is standard ground (UPS) or 2nd day  (your choice on the order form).  The coffee will arrive as fresh as you can purchase anywhere. Shipping Charges:

We normally ship to United States addresses by UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air. However, if you have an international shipment request call us at (408) 377-7734  for specific information.


Sales Tax:

Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped to California addresses and is only applied to merchandise other than coffee. If you are ordering by fax or mail, please include the applicable sales tax on everything other than coffee items. Canceling an order: From the time we receive your order, to the time that it is shipped, we may not have enough time to implement a cancellation. Please call us immediately so that we can handle the situation. We will do everything we can to be of service.
